Extruder Gear Case (Bondtech)

Update: There is a new version at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1018949 Extruder case for the Bondtech drive gears. Unless you have a specific reason to use this version, most people will be better off using the design provided by Bondtech (http://www.bondtech.se/stl-files/). That one has been well tested and works. This version was made to be smaller and without the groove mount so I could quickly switch between direct drive and bowden. I'm using the following linked parts for mounting in direct drive and bowden modes. Should be printable without support if using the default part orientation. See instructions for more info.
