Extruder mit Mehrfachantrieb / Extruder with multidrive
thingiverse
I'm trying different materials, but I still encounter the issue with my Bowden extruder applying around 80% -90% of its power to the filament. As a result, there's a possibility that the gear will penetrate into the filament and ruin the entire printed model, which is usually pretty large by then. There are numerous extruders available, featuring an operational point of attack, but few models push the filament over multiple points. Characteristics I looked for, yet failed to find: Minimal 2 drives A single motor MK7 (ID11mm) gear setup A cushioned clamp on the gear Upon completion, this is what I came up with. I have not printed anything using this model so far, which makes me uncertain if everything will work as intended. If I receive any error message, I will certainly take corrective action. Materials needed: 5 mm axle Bearing ID:5; OD16; D6 4 M3x25 screws for support Four 4mm screws
