Extruder Plunger for the Replicator 2

Still using the factory extruder block for the Replicator 2? Paranoid you may not have a replacement when you need one? Print a few of these and worry no more! They fit the extruder like the factory derlin piece. Worth having a couple handy in case you need one. Instructions Print these at Medium quality, at anywhere between .27 and .20 layer height with 10% or 20% infill, I use a print temperature of 230 or 240. No support needed if printed as directed. High quality doesn't get the taper of the nose right for me. Print one at a time, you can print multiple plungers on a plate, but they tend to pop off the build plate sometimes, printing them solo makes for the best results, and they print quickly too. Install in your block like the factory plunger, may sometimes be a little tight on the grub screw, but it can be twisted on to the threads easily if this is the case.
