Extruder Titan Aero - Easy Removal from Prusa reprap & from RAMPS - with fan and BLTouch

***Edit*** Just add another Fan version, with a far better air flow to avoid issue of droping too fast the temp sensor measure **** On my reprap Prusa i3 based, I wanted: - easy removable extruder from the X axis printer - easy removable extruder from the printer itself (from ramps 1.4) - with E3D Titan Aero - with a fan for printing So I did one, remixed from several sources (thanks a lot guys for your precious job and sharing spirit !). In order to remove it easily I've used a X carriage I've add from another source (forget the object source sorry) with 4 holes to have a M4 nut and bolt - very stable). I m also super happy to have the idea to use ATX connector to the ramps, so easy to connect everything in one movement of the hand !
