Extrusion Width Calibration Block

Extrusion Width Calibration Block

Print this upright changing your extrusion multiplier to match the coming face value as the print progresses to determine the adjustment needed for your profile. I use Simplify3D's jog wheel while printing to tweak the value. You could also use multiple processes to change the settings per 10mm of Z gain. Other print software should support tweaking the extrusion multiplier. The correct extrusion width should yield a segment 20mm X 20mm with no deformations. You need to then check that the infill meshes nicely with a separate calibration cube print or similar. I will rework the model to add quality checks for infill, overhang and so forth soon.
