Thank you Deltatom for the awesome design! Some of these have already been sent to Royal Berkshire hospital, with many more still to go, plus a care home and other GP surgeries. The only change I made was adding 20mm to the end of the arms and creating one with a hook for an elastic band to be used with the larger visor - I also added a printable template for the large visor.
