I made it a while back, but I could never find an image that showed the back of the medallion. As a result, I just left the back empty. There are two files attached; one of them has small handles on the back for any chain/cord you might want to add to make it a necklace, and the other does not. I just used tinkercad.com for it. My friend and I made an infinity gauntlet around the same time as this (it's got some design flaws though), so I'll have that design published soon as well.
