Porosity of the exterior is of minimal concern as these frames will be wiped down with clorox wipes Material: PLA is most preferable thanks to its rigidity, similar materials with good memory/spring back are acceptable. NO MATERIALS THAT ARE SOLUBLE IN ALCOHOL Set top and bottom layers to 0, this part must be made entirely of wall perimeters Set wall perimeters to 10 or more to ensure that your printer uses them exclusively Elephant's Foot compensation: this should not be needed, as the bottom (and top) of the model is chamfered for user comfort Surface finish and smoothness: Please carefully inspect every part and de-burr as needed.
