First thoughts:) Make the design to blend in with regular glasses. The glasses will link to a mobile smartphone with an app or a Wi-Fi link to the cinemas projection device, or a control box loaned / rented by the cinema. Most people are used to seeing people wearing headphone wires so to keep the glasses simpler they would connect using a socket on the phone and glasses similar to a set of headphones. the subtitles would be displayed on a screen inside the lens of the glasses.
