EZabl Conversion for XChange BLTouch Carriage Mount

This is a remix of Teaching Tech's bracket for mounting an ABL to the master part of the XChange toolchanger system. I use anEZabl inductive sensor for bed leveling rather than a BLtouch, so I modified the design to hold one of those. This part replaces the BLtouch mount part of TT's design and attaches directly to the ABL mounting plate in exactly the same way as his original. I have printed and assembled the parts, and it appears that it will work in my setup. I haven't yet got the XChange set up, though, so we'll have to see how design and practice meet.
