This is a holder/bracket/mount that I designed to mount the TH3D EZOut Filament sensor to the CR-10, CR-10S4/5, behind the Extruder. *** PLEASE NOTE *** There are 2 versions of the Sensor Holder: If your Sensor allows you to feed filament in either direction, you can choose either holder. However, if you're sensor only allows feeding of filament in one direction, you must use the "Break Away" Holder. 1. ***Original EZOut Filament Sensor Mount*** - mounts the sensor permanently using two 3mm bolts. *** If your sensor does not allow you to feed the filament in both directions, do not use this mount or Sensor damage might occur when the filament is ejected from the extruder after the EZOut Senses that the filament has run out *** 2. ***Break-Away Sensor Holder and Lid***. - this mount allows the EZOut Filament Sensor to be ejected out of the way when the filament is ejected from the extruder after the EZOut senses that the filament has run out. *** Use this mount if your sensor only allows feeding of the filament in one direction *** Using either mount will required that you lengthen the connecting cable so that the sensor can reach the max Z height of your printer and still have some slack. It is highly recommended that you print this in PLA or PETG, or another low shrinkage filament. If you print this in ABS, it will likely not fit correctly due to the amount of shrinkage ABS exhibits. Since Creality is always modifying their 3D Printers, its possible that this will not fit future upgraded models.
