Fuel Door Hinge Pin for 2009 - 2014 Ford F-150. Instructions Requires a small screw and washer to prevent the pin from popping out; something Ford should have done with the original part. If your original pin is still whole, you'll only need the screw and washer. I twisted mine in two trying to repair it, so I designed this to avoid having to buy expensive factory replacement parts. Ford's original design was weakened by their attempts to save plastic in manufacturing. The pivot point of the spring and the shaft are thicker in my design.
