F150 Right AC vent flap

This is a design for the third flap down of an AC vent on a 2015 Ford F150. Other flaps are different sizes, but shouldn't be too hard to modify for your needs with tinkercad or some other cad program. PLA 0.1 mm layer height 1.2 mm wall thickness 25% infill 200 degrees C printing temp 60 degrees C build plate 50 mm/s print speed print with supports I will print this in black to match now that I know it's a good fit.
