This is a tiny remix of [@vikram31](https://www.thingiverse.com/vikram31)'s great Thing for tape measures. All I did was add a cogwheel as "handles" instead of the "holes on top" since I think that makes for better grip and easier print. Included .OBJ for anyone to edit.
