Face Mask

thingiverse

This design consists of an improved face shield - v2, to provide full coverage protection, the design has been slightly modified so as to lock a snap on frame to allow any medically certified fabric which can be woven around the mask. This has not been field tested, but its to help those who have are having no safety gear or having difficulty wearing goggles, mask and shield at all times with a single PPE mask. Some feedback is required and field testing is essential before using without goggles and mask. Requires OHP clear sheets of high quality. 1. Insert the frame on both ends of the A4 sheet. 2. Pin the fabric to the support frame(shawl shown here due to lack of medical use fabric). Please note it is advised to use a layer of cotton in the folded fabric. The static charge from the fabric attracts and capture some airborne particulates. 3. Snap in the grip at the bottom shield frame, this will reinforce the plastic grips. 4. Measure the distance on the fabric to the upper frame and pin the cloth to the second grip and snap lock to the top frame, readjust fabric if required. 5. Roll the rest of the fabric around your head like a scarf securing any gaps so as to comfortably grip your face and secure the mask withput gaps.
