I designed this to provide relief from ear strain from wearing surgical masks. I printed this with PETG for my girlfriend and she said it was comfortable for her whole shift. It should also work with PLA. Outer pegs are 6" apart while the inner pegs are 4" apart. ***** REV B design adds another inner set of pegs. It also hollows out the top of the pegs to be printed slightly faster. I recommend printing with 4 perimeters.
