This is a medical face mask, purposed to manufactured in large quantities on a CNC laser printer. but it can also be used to print on smaller dimension printers. (largest part is 184mm x 74mm). CNC laser cutters can cut a ton of these parts from a single 4mm plastic sheet, and the parts are designed with priority of stacking as many parts as possible in a given space. We (my good friend Yaron and myself) did not design the mask from scratch, but retrofitted the single-piece frame to be made of several smaller parts that are easily assembled in a few seconds. .
