Two piece, top & bottom form for fabric masks. New version fixed the thin walls of the 'shell' piece. It has some open space (see cutaway) but it should be better. Maybe Makeprintable can fix that. I fused 2 of them together. Thats why it's 6mb. Seems that 2 layers of ZEP shop towels gives really good particle filtration. Something like masking tape around the perimeter will help your fabric keep it's shape. Print the shell with fine layer height. For all you Italians, maybe lasagna or noodles could help to make face mask molds. Everybody should have masks. More nose room on this one but that last one could work for people with sqishy noses.
