Simplification of the Prusa design at https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/26567#_ga=2.114275975.1690112680.1586542353-1810392968.1585786259 This design eliminates the fragile clips, and uses slots for attaching. Slip onto edge of face mask from front side, fold the mask over the strip. The strip can be heated under hot water to custom fit if desired, or scaled if you need a larger or smaller nose shape. Provides improved seal of the simple surgical mask. V2 removed one slot to strengthen the ends. v2 thick further thickens the strip. V3 removes the center slots and goes to a medium thickness.. Place the center peak against the face of the mask, thread the 2 slots, fold the mask over the clip... I recommend the V3 version as it performs with a simple and stable trade-off. V4 provided for request for wider end posts. I added a flat print strip for those interested in fast production. This design requires the end user to thermally form the strip to fit their nose. The PLA can be softened with a hair dryer or by dipping in hot water and molding to the face. USE CAUTION TO AVOID BURNS. For even further speed it can be sliced as a "skeleton" or infill exposed print. Set 4 walls, 20% grid infill, infill line multiplier of 3, no top or bottom layers. Photo shows the skeleton result.
