Face shield headband for laser sintering

Back in April, we re-designed the Prusa face shield headband for laser sintering (LS). While there are already a couple of LS designs available, our model acknowledges the basic Prusa design (we're huge fans of Prusa!) and has been found to be really comfortable due to its flexibility and low weight of only 20 g. With this design, we can produce enough parts for 100 headbands using the Formiga P 110 by EOS GmbH in 24 hours. So far, we've distributed a couple of hundreds of the headbands to different medical and non-medical organisations in our area in order to provide some additional protection for everybody. This model is constantly adjusted based on the feedback we're getting. Print it, try it and let us know what you think! And of course: Take care and stay healthy.
