<p>This is a second generation remix of the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/116062">excellent work of Paperpilot 88</a>, adding some space to house <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33056218883.html">a QI charging pad</a> inside the bumper. Using that, the Fairphone4 is upgraded to QI charging :-) To make space, the back of this cover has been thickened very slightly (0.4mm). On the positive side, this lifts the camera about 0.1 mm off a flat table surface and adds &nbsp;some basic lens scratch protection by doing so.</p><p>Pictures are of the first beta version. It seems to be like 0.5-1mm too big to sit really tight when printed in TPU. Also I am having some bridging issues. Charging works as expected!</p><p>It is important to print 0.1mm layers for stability, otherwise the thin part underneath the charger will probably not last very long.</p><p>Please note that I am still refining some minor issues.</p><p>Updates:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>v2 has been shrunk by 0.5mm in X an Y but it is still not as tight as I would expect. Moreover, the lens cutout has been adjusted slightly for a better fit.</li></ul><p><br>more refined STLs will be uploaded soon.<br>&nbsp;</p><h4>Print instructions:</h4><p>Material: TPU (95A)<br>Supports: no<br>Layers: 0.1mm (you need at least 2 layers below the charging pad, 3 is better!)<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Make sure your cooling blower is way up when the holes need to be printed and bridged. Choose print orientation so that the button side gets optimal cooling airflow.</p>
