TPU cases for Fairphone 4. PLEASE NOTE: Optimised for a 0.3mm nozzle. Adjustment may be desired for a different nozzle size. You may need to thicken the case to about 103-104% in the thickness axis (usually Z-axis) in your slicer for it to overlap the screen properly. Or at least, this is the situation for me. Dummy fairphone 4 model included as a base to make your own case. First three images are of the newer v1 case version with slightly sticking out bumper corners and thinner overall body. Rest of images are old v0.8 plain version that is thicker overall but with thinner corners, Work in progress, hoping to make a modified version that has a separate PLA edge bumper layer. The plain case in the pictures was printed with a 0.5mm nozzle, 0.35mm layer height, single wall, single bottom layer, single top layer, 20% cubic infill. The bumper case was printed at higher quality with a 0.3mm nozzle and 0.16mm layer height, two walls, more top and bottom layers, 30% cubic infill. You can certainly make it have more wall/bottom/top layers for better quality, but however you do it, I suggest having the middle be empty except for the infill. It seems to provide a nice "airbag" effect. I suggest 20-30% infill.
