Falcon Pi Player with Pi Hat Case

Falcon Pi Player with Pi Hat Case

thingiverse

A case for the FPP that has a Pi Hat attached. The spacer fits over the HDMI port so that the Pi Hat has something to lay on as it isn't supported on that end. You may need to print up a small spacer to place on the opposite side of the Pi on the bottom part of the case to keep it from shifting inside. I didn't have an issue with it. I made some mounting holes, but the holes are so small they just broke off so I removed them. I added alignment notches on the corners as an after thought....I have NOT printed a new case with these alignment notches. Should be fine though. The mounting legs are snap off if you want to remove them. Please let me know if you have any suggestions! UPDATED 08-18-16 -Slightly enlarged the 2 string port holes towards the edge to give a little more room. -Added a small ledge on the bottom so the board fits a little tighter. Allows for the plastic to be taken down a little if need be for a good fit. -Added a small standoff that will hold the Pihat down when pulling the light strings out. UPDATED 08-30-16 -Widened the slot for the MicroSD card. UPDATED 08-31-16 -Adjusted opening where voltage jumper is to allow for the installation and removal of the jumper onto the 5V pins. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 50 Notes: Only the top needs supports while printing for the power supply hole on the Pi Hat.
