Fan Adapter and Spacer - Sunked screws and bolts - Multiple pipes

When trying to create an adapter using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:735038 there were a few issues that were causing me to modify the design: 1) The design had only one pipe (The pipe was the size of the fan a ran from the bottom plate to the elbow joint) and to allow me to fit this correctly I needed a secondary pipe after the elbow joint. 2) You had to manually enter the screw information. 3) There was no way to sink screws or nuts for connecting to the plate. 4) Wanted to be able to adjust the two fan plates individually. The modification uses https://github.com/JohK/nutsnbolts/ to allow you to simple enter a screw size and it has parameters for sunken bolts and nuts. It has two files to do this bolts.scad and bolts_data.scad. The solve the first problem I adapted the design to add a secondary pipe and this is placed after the elbow and before the cone. It was also coded to allow individual parameters for the fan plates (important for sunken nuts and bolts). The scad has also been arranged to make logical sense with parameters and some additional explanations added. Version 0.2 will also add a pipe after the cone. Variables you can edit: Fan 1 plate depth Fan 2 plate depth Fan 1 size Fan 2 size Fan 1 bolt size Fan 2 bolt size Fan 1 bolt sunk depth (sinks the bolt head) Fan 2 nut depth (adds a sunken nut space that will fit the screw size) Fan 1 distance between bolts (hopefully future versions will have this automated for now use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_fan) Fan 2 distance between bolts (hopefully future versions will have this automated) Pipe 1 length Pipe 2 length Cone angle (This allows a shallower or steeper cone for the adapter) Elbow angle (Allows you to angle the adapter away) Elbow twist
