Fan Blow Toy - Print in Place

Fan Blow Toy - Print in Place

I wanted a quick to print toy to experiment with print in place clearances.

This is a small quick (40 min with 0.4mm nozzle - 25 min 0.6) print that should work with just about any default profile.

I've been printing with a 0.6mm nozzle in PETG without issues, PLA should be better, just watch out for stringing.

It should be ready to spin almost straight off the build plate. There is some vertical play of the fan on the axle, pushing it up and down and twisting the fan should loosen it if needed. Once it's spinning freely, blow down the tube.

Best oriented as it comes of the build plate when blowing, as the fan spins better in this orientation.
