Fix whatever number of clips you need (more than 1 and less than 5, I would suggest) to the fan and clip them to the extrusion and there you go. Each one takes less than 3 mins to print. The pics should explain everything. OpenSCAD file is available to be modified to fit your extrusion and bolt sizes. default: 1 x M3 hole (to fan) - made thinner to save up nuts and spaces, should be good for a variety of sizes of fans. 1 x M4 hole (to extrusion)
