Fan Duct for Lulzbot Dual Extruder v3

I had a problem with heat creep using PLA with the Dual Extruder v3. The original fan/heatsink combo is horrid. It uses a low CFM fan and pushes air into, rather than across the heatsink which creates turbulence and poor cooling. I printed this out of PLA and it has been working great. Please note that it does sit rather close to the heat break on the extruder, and I have had some melting occur, but nothing serious or that has affected the performance of either the duct or extruder. I'd love to see other experiment with higher temp filaments or remix this, but we really needed a fix. I spliced the wires from the original fan and attached a noctua high CFM 20mmX40mm fan. The slots are designed to use m3 nuts, and either 15 or 25mm bolts depending on the fan sizes.
