Fan Duct for Printrbot+ 2.x

I've got a Printrbot+ 2.0 that's a bit hard to pinpoint in terms of the extruder mount version. The original fan mount didn't quite cut it, cooling down too many parts at once while I was printing, so I fashioned this duct to target the specific section being pushed out by the extruder.
