Fan header cover

This is a dummy connector for covering the pins on your motherboard's fan headers. I included STLs for 3-pin and 4-pin versions. The 4-pin version can be used on 3-pin headers but it will hang off the side (as shown in the picture). EDITED 2016-12-28: Added version 2 I separated the pin pockets to greatly reduce the risk of shorting out the pins. I recommend only using version 2. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro (2016) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 30% Notes: I printed in ABS, but just about any filament should do so long as it's not conductive and can handle any nearby heat sources without deforming. You may get a prompt for auto-scaling if you slice the 3-pin version in Simplify 3d. Select "no" - the mesh file is already in millimeter format. How I Designed This Designed in FreeCad 0.16 The size is determined solely by the padding of the base plate sketch - set padding length to 8mm for the 3-pin version and 10.6mm for the 4-pin version. Version 2 is the same model fused with primitive cubes to separate the pins. I added these when I realized that the height of the cover makes it easy to bend the pins and cause a short - separating them should help prevent this (regardless, use this object at your own risk).
