This is a clamp to attach a fan to the side of a table. The space between the clamp is 20mm, so it should clamp perfectly on a 20mm board / table if you add some rubber pads. Fan mount is made for the low profile Noctua 92x14 fan. On the underside you will find a noose for a zip tie and a hole for a 5.5x2.1mm barrel plug (7.5mm OD). Requires additional M3 nuts, bolts and threaded brass inserts.
