Similar mounts slip under the hot-end mounting plate. My mount bolts directly to the extruder body (assuming yours has holes like mine) I used the duct at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:137673 with this part. you can also use the naked bracket from there as well to mount the fan. works great! Instructions Printed on my i3 in ABS, on standard settings; needed to turn on support to get the hinges and holes to print correctly (don't worry, not much support is printed) use two M3 screws to attach the bracket to the extruder. attach your favorite duct or fan mount with a #6 screw and nut. pretty much standard proceedure.
