Fan Shroud for E3D v6 Hotend on Printrbot Simple Metal with Secure Fit Spacer

Here's a fan shroud made specifically for the E3D v6 hotend on a Printrbot Simple Metal printer. It's designed to work seamlessly with this essential E3Dv6 spacer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:958450 The unique design of the hot end / spacer combo is shorter than standard Printrbot hot ends, making all other fan shrouds too long for optimal airflow. This custom fan shroud cleverly positions the air exactly where it's needed when paired with the secure fit spacer. The holes on this fan shroud are self-threading, eliminating the need for nuts. For a snug and secure fit, use screws that are at least 16mm long for the top two and at least 14mm long for the bottom two. You likely have these available in your existing fan shroud or with the extra screws that came with your Printrbot. For printing, we recommend using support structures and a layer height of .2mm to achieve optimal results. I've also included a .2mm brim to prevent warping issues during the printing process. To ensure proper installation, mount the fan shroud as shown in the accompanying pictures. This design was created entirely from scratch, drawing inspiration from Printrbot's fan shroud hole spacings and Simonwlchan's excellent fan shroud, which is a great alternative if you prefer the longer spacer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:957865
