Hub fits together using the 4 factory screws and the use of 6 flat head wood screws, but hex screws work fine too. The surrounding cover is optional but makes it a little more solid. This works with ebay quick releases and leaves space for horn buttons. *Update* I added four small holes additionally to have screws go through them as the middle part is able to break free from the rest of the hub if you love hitting full lock.
