From time to time when I hit big bumps (maybe more often than I like to admit) my QR1 make a loud clicking sound, it came from the release handle and the hold down screw. So I created a small clip to fit between the screw and QR handle. So far it’s been quiet, still testing to see if it last long, which it should… I guess. I printed mine at 100% infill, .20 mm with Prusa. Clip is very tight, I clipped it to the screw first, pulled back the handle of the QR, then inserted the screw about half way, lined up on the hole and released accordingly while tightening to the finish line. If you have any suggestions let me know, I'll be happy to improve the design.
