Fancy Fidget Spinner

Fancy Fidget Spinner

I'm excited to show you my latest creation, a fidget spinner designed and printed using Fusion 360. The design is optimized for printing in ABS plastic, taking into account the material's tendency to shrink during the printing process. To ensure a secure fit, I've made the holes for the bearing slightly larger than usual at 22.5 mm instead of the standard 22mm. Today was my first test print, and it works beautifully. What's more, this design is engineered to use minimal amounts of filament while still maintaining exceptional strength. My printer settings were as follows: I used a DaVinci 1.0 AIO, with no rafts or supports necessary for this particular design. The resolution was set at 200 microns, and the infill percentage was 15%. For added durability, I recommend printing with three shells or increasing the infill density.
