While transforming my FT-09 from microscope to robot I wasn't looking at the instructions and pulled the arms down too early, breaking the bicep swivel joint. I figure if I did it, others might have as well so I'm posing the replacement part. Where the (presumably) broken peg used to be, cut the stump flush with the part with a sharp knife, then drill a 5 mm diameter hole where the peg used to be. The printed part will go through the hole you just drilled and the factory hole. The round end goes in the shoulder/upper portion. The "I-beam" end goes in the bicep/lower portion. If you can print with TPU I recommend that material. It is very tough and will be stronger than the original, but PLA should still be adequate. The T-shape that protrudes from the round end is a built in support which should be trimmed away after printing. The model is intended to be printed with the large end of the "I-beam" (and the T-shaped support) on the print bed. That orientation will make the swivel joint stronger by having the filament run "axially" rather than making rings. There is also a "cooling tower" model included so that the layers have time to cool since the part is fairly small.
