It's a design based on the Replicator 2X. The idea is to remove weight from the carriage by passing it to bowden using two E3D V6 hotends (the V5s are almost too tight). The extruder motors will be left at the back of the printer chassis. You can put a radial fan for layer fans. Listado de partes a imprimir Materiales Extras - M3 x yy mm screws - M4 x yy mm screws - 2 Racor PTFE 4 mm M5 - 4 Racor PTFE 4 mm M6 - nn - Autoblocking nuts M3 - nn - Autoblocking nuts M4 - 1 FAN Radial 5015 12 V - 2 Hotend E3D V6 (can be clone) without resistance cartridges and without thermistors - Autoblocking nuts M3 ------------------- Missing Printing and Assembly to ensure functionality and some finished photos. See you soon ------------------ Changements 27/08/19 I am in the assembly stage of the printer. The design underwent several changes, so I deleted all STLs. 29/08/19 I uploaded a zip file with new stl files for better organization. Missing SD card reader and power-off relay designs. 08/09/19 Added STL auxiliaries to replace the USB and a template to make holes in the bottom plate for two board fans. Also made a new bearing support. Only missing is some kind of belt tension system, so I don't have to disassemble part of the printer. 19/09/19 Final changes to Extruder A and B assembly. 27/09/19 Minor changes to hotend fan support. 01/10/19 Changes to Hotend Support for easier assembly.
