This statue shows Hercules, leaning on a tree trunk with a lion skin draped over it. The head, lower left leg and left arm are missing, but otherwise the form follows the traditional Farnese Hercules type. This body is however a lot less muscular, possibly showing Hercules in younger age, or originally portraying a different man on top of the body.
