Fat Shark Battery Case (Li-ion 18650 mod)

Just a quick design to enclose two Li-ion 18650 batteries. This is loosely designed off the Fat shark goggle battery so it will still fit on the headband and stay in place. Due to the size of the 18650 cells it's a little larger than the OEM battery (Approx 70 mm x 40 mm x 20 mm) Please note this has a very tight tolerance as the batteries I used were connected by the aluminium cell tabs and not wires. You may need to increase the size a couple % if you are having difficulty fitting the wires in. It has thin walls but the design intention was to keep the lid in place with heat shrink (40 mm diameter works ok) which adds a little more solidarity. You could stick/glue it down as you see fit. If you need design files (SolidWorks) or anything else just let me know. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel 90 Notes: I did this at 0.2 mm layer height but anything should work.
