I wanted a silicone sock just a little bit thicker than what I originally made for my printer. Printed with supports. Sanded parts smooth, because silicone is great at capturing the layer lines. I used "Permatex - Ultra Copper" High temperature silicone gasket maker for the silicone. I squeezed it into a bowl of soapy (Dawn Dishsoap) water and lightly coated the plastic interior parts that would come into contact with the silicone also with undiluted dawn (just a thin layer). I then filled it up, clamped it shut with 2 wood clamps, one for the front and back part, and another for the top and bottom. I let it set for 2 and a half days inside the mold, then removed the parts labeled front and back and let it sit in the air for another half day. I'm not sure how long you need, just I wanted to be safe.
