3D Model for 3D printing only digital files Saber's sword from grand order, red and white versions are the the same exept color. 1.5m/59in long. I suggest to print it hollow without infill, bottom and top layers, only with 3 or 4 walls and some brim(last 2 pics) That way you can insert a wooden core for stability inside. Print one alignment pin first to check how it fits, most probably you will need to make adjustments to it, tolerances on my printer could be different from yours. Gel superglue works good for gluing parts together. I've made a lot of swords that way and they are light and sturdy. Blade is not stright by design so cutting thick plywood to shape to insert would be ideal. All 3D models in this shop are made by a propmaker. I print, sand, prime, assemble and paint almost every model that I sell (when I can, I add a pic of a prop finished by me). That means that for every model from the start I take into consideration things like: future print orientation, ease of assembly/disassembly, proper tolerances, dividing parts by color for less masking during painting, etc. If you encounter any problems with the model please contact me first.
