I've used this design to fabricate mating components, and to incorporate them into my assemblies with precision engineering in mind. As requested, it's finally here! I've found this model to be extremely accurate.... I've created mating geometry that 3D prints and assembles perfectly every time. Mainly, for my ZMR and other 250 sized quads used in FPV applications.
