A business card with a bolt building kit. Credit card sized Instructions Use a deburring tool (or knife) on the threads. They are too pointy. Only tested with Abs and standard profile (10% infill, 90 mm/s, ..) Version 2. Added a better model with real threads etc. I have although not tested to print this version yet. If you do a test print and have comments please tell me. Version 2 is for example only 2 mm thick. Could be a bit to little for the bolt threads? Uploaded both versions in step-format if you would like to add text.
