FDL-2 Buffer Tube Plate

FDL-2 Buffer Tube Plate

Update: Added a thicker version. I had problems with the glue joint coming loose on the thinner one over time. It still held but was a little more wobbly than I like. The mounting hole on the thicker version shouldn't need any dremmeling either (for a milspec tube). Just use the buffer tube to cut threads into the plastic and use a small amount of glue to keep the stock from rotating. Update: I have tested this stock plate in a week long hvz game and using devcon epoxy, it held up with no problems. It also took the entire weight of the blaster hanging on it from a sling with no problems either. Update: The plate needs a lot of sanding, the hole is a bit too small. I got a buffer tube to fit and it feels solid but I still haven't done any stress tests. Working on a new stock for the FDL-2. This is a plate designed to be screwed/epoxied to a milspec ar-15 buffer tube, allowing you to attach any ar-15 style stock. This will hopefully also be stable enough to allow you to attach a sling to the stock since it screws directly to the blaster instead of having the nerf quick release.
