Feast for Odin Norwegian Expansion Fixes

I recently got the Norwegians expansion for Feast for Odin and the great 3D insert I was using no longer fit with the new pieces. Since there was enough wiggle-room in the box, I re-created two of the pieces (For now) to hold the new trade goods and VP tokens, and a deeper box for the huts/longhouses. I've moved the 1 and 2 coin tokens into one of the bigger player boxes, since there was a lot of empty space. Still working on this... [update 5/1/2019] Used the empty space on the level1_coin_tray_redux(1).stl to store some of the left over horse tiles
