If you work for a FEC unit, it is obvious that you need an identifying clip on your personal access badge holder :-) Please 'LIKE' before collecting! You need to download those letters from Thingiverse separately, so you can also change the writing. Keep the scaling. They are here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15198 Print with layer of .25, which means 4 layers as the bottom. It is a tight (snap) fit and a one time only. If you try to remove, it will break.
