UPDATE: Please don't use the current file! The latch face is at slightly the wrong angle so it releases with force and more annoyingly, still having cracking issues with the flex hinge. I'm working on design changes as we speak so will hopefully have a new design for you shortly. Replacement arm lock/mount bracket for the FeelFree kayak unibar. This part needs to flex at the hinge point so you will need to print it in a suitable material, mine was printed in ABS but PETG/nylon/poly-carbonate would be even better. I don't think PLA would work as it's too rigid and brittle, the flex lock may just snap straight off. The stock file is for a R/H bracket. If you need a L/H bracket, mirror it in your slicing software This was designed to be printed from ABS so you may need to dial down the size a few % if printing from another material. Once printed, you may also need to make some final adjustments with a file to get it to fit nicely (initially mine was a tad tight, but after running it up and down the track a few times it loosened off nicely). Print instructions: Rotate the part to print in orientation shown in photo. (important for strength and the flex joint to work), you will need supports. Use what ever infill you like (mine is 50%) but you need to print with 5 perimeters to ensure the flex hinge is solid and all lines within it are parallel. Layer height doesn't really matter but I'd recommend 0.2mm.
