Feet for ShapeOko

Feet for ShapeOko

An .STL and 123D design file for some feet for the Shapeoko CNC router. Instructions Print out 4 of these and use your favorite fasteners/adhesive to securely fasten your Shapeoko to the cutting platform. A friend of mine recently built his own Shapeoko CNC router. He was having problems with it sliding/vibrating around his table as he tried to cut parts. So I whipped up some feet for it, and now his router stays firmly attached to the table while he is cutting. *NOTES: My friend said that M5 hex caps work wonderfully for clamping the feet to your Shapeoko, the hole is 4.5mm across so they thread right into the plastic. Also due to the desire to maintain a small footprint, you will need to mount the feet to the base platform first. Well, really it's only an issue if you are using full height socket cap screws. If you use button style or low profile socket cap screws you should be fine assembling it in whatever order you fancy.
