Fein Vacuum Fittings / Pool Hose

The Fein hoses from 15 years ago were better in regards to being larger in diameter, more flexible and had more universal connections. The newer vacuum fittings have a better attachment scheme...so I merged the two designs and expanded the family of fittings. The older gray hoses are hard to find anymore, but I found that big box stores sell blue pool hoses that are similar in almost every way except the color. Now I make any length of hose I want and adapt the ends accordingly. Included: Bushing (attaches to the hose) Lock (attaches to the bushing) Nozzle Male (standard end for other fittings to attach to) Nozzle Female (allow mating to the male fitting) Vacuum Adaptor (to the Fein Vacuums) Shop Vac Adaptor (to Shop Vac style Vacuums) Small Male Fitting (non-swiveling; can be used as part of a small splice) Small Female Fitting (non-swiveling; can be used as part of a small splice) For a more durable attachment, the bushing and the small fittings can be bonded to the hose using most any urethane adhesive (E6000, Gorilla Glue, etc). I've used some of the hoses without bonding these fittings and so far things are working out pretty well.
