Felco 2 secateur sheath holster

This is a block of plastic shaped internally to act as a sheath / holster / holder for Felco 2 secateurs. The hole in the upright engages with the blade pivot nut on the secateurs. I use it as a lining for a tool belt pocket. Before I had this the secateurs were drilling through the belt material! Instructions It's quite a tight fit so you will want to enlarge the internal front and back pads if you want a looser fit. I've included the FreeCAD source to make that easy. The outside dimension of the holdis approx 51mm wide and 22.5mm deep. The side walls are 5mm thick, back and front only 3mm. I printed it in ABS with 10% infill but that's a bit weak to be honest. The back part which protrudes above the block came off pretty quickly in use which wasn't a problem for me but you may want to thicken it. I did that for the Sheath-RH version which is also oriented better for right handed use. I've not tested the RH version in real life.
